August may seem a little while away but the summer will soon be with us and the time for the Aberystwyth Conference will have arrived.

We hope you will be able to join us for a week of Bible teaching surrounded by the beauty of Cardigan Bay and the hills of Mid Wales. As in previous years we look forward to God’s blessing and to renewed fellowship.

Joel Beeke

This year we will welcome back Joel Beeke as our main speaker. This will be his third visit to the Conference and he is taking the title Contagious Christian Living for his addresses.

We trust that all of us will catch the vision of living for the glory of the Lord in our day. In addition, Dr Beeke will lead a seminar on the theology of John Calvin in the year marking the 500th anniversary of the Reformer’s birth. We will also be remembering the 150th anniversary of the 1859 Revival in a further seminar given by Dr Gwyn Davies. For the evening meetings a number of new speakers have been arranged. Jonathan Thomas, Richard Bewes and Peter Baker will each be on the platform for the first time whilst the week will be drawn to a close by the return of Andrew Davies to the Conference.

Unfortunately, rising costs have demanded an increase in the prices for the Conference. However, we still believe the Conference offers great value for money both in the standards of accommodation and variety of meetings. Of course, the true value of our gathering at Aberystwyth lies in God’s gracious dealings with us through His word. We hope to see you in August.

Cost

Prices for the conference start from just £125 for adults and £65 for children (including self-catering accommodation), with bursaries available for those on a low wage.
